1978-79:
Electra (Israel) Limited – General Counsel – a public company engaged at the time in development and marketing in Israel and abroad of, inter alia, elevators, air conditioners, solar water heaters, power station equipment; representative of foreign major manufacturers including Westinghouse and Otis.

1979-86:
Elscint Limited – General Counsel and Company Secretary – an Israeli public company involved in research, development, marketing, sales and service of diagnostic medical imaging equipment, including computerized tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, nuclear medicine, ultrasound and conventional X-Ray equipment. Personally involved in the multi-national set-up and affairs of the company, public offerings, listing on the New York Stock Exchange, take-overs in the United States and Europe, supervising litigation.

Since 1986:
Private law office practicing in the fields of civil litigation, commercial, real estate, probate and succession, medical profession and legal profession disciplinary proceedings. Represent many foreign clients and also Israeli clients opposite foreign clients. Product liability litigation defence particularly for manufacturers of medical devices.
