Had work experience for about 8 years with the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) Beijing and International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), New York of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Qualified as PRC arbitrator under the PRC Arbitration Law with over 8 years of experience in arbitration (8 years with arbitration institutions and over 5 years of private practitioner).  Listed as arbitrator for CIETAC, ICDR, Shanghai Arbitration Commission, Xiamen Arbitration Commission and Wuhan Arbitration Commission.
