Fruitful talks with the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration
On 6 May 2010 Eckart Brödermann had fruitful talks about cooperation with Sharifah Mariam Syed Ibrahim, Legal Counsel, and Danny Kummar, Deputy Director, of the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration. The Centre can provide attractive court rooms for CEAC arbitrations in cases in which the parties choose to decide another venue for a hearing than Hamburg which is the seat for the CEAC arbitrations.
