Extensive litigation experience from Norwegian courts including numerous appearances in the Norwegian Supreme court (from 1988); counsel in international and domestic arbitrations (from 1994); counsel in proceedings before the EU Commission and EFTA Surveillance Authority (from 1997); and counsel in proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights (from 1994).
