Professional Experience in International Commercial Arbitration (Experience as Chairman / Sole Arbitrator / Co-Arbitrator / Party Representative)

ICC: Party representative / legal counsel to a major international Oil Company in one of the largest ICC arbitrations, 1991 through 1995; subject matter: Exploration and production of natural gas in a German-Dutch disputed border area.

Party-appointed arbitrator in several national and international arbitration proceedings with seat in Germany.

Sole arbitrator in an arbitration proceeding according to the rules of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce.
