CEAC at UNIDROIT

On 28 May 2008, Dr. Eckart Brödermann had the chance to present briefly the Chinese European Arbitration Centre Project at a working session of the Working Group on the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Law which, according to Article 3 paragraph 8 CEAC Rules (Choice of Law Clause lit. c), can be chosen by the parties as neutral rules of law. Such choice of neutral rules of law will be recognized by CEAC.
