The international Advisory Board of the CEAC has the competence to adapt the Schedule of Costs.
The initial Schedule of Costs and the initial Annex to the Schedule of Costs have been decided by the General Assembly of the Chinese European Arbitration Centre GmbH at its foundation meeting. It has been developed on the basis of discussions with renowned arbitration experts including the arbitration experts of the Advisory Board of the Chinese European Legal Association.
