The composition of the Advisory Board reflects the different regions and organisations of the world with particular interest in the aims and objectives of CEAC. It consists of experts in the field of arbitration and/or management of arbitration proceedings. The members of the Advisory Board are elected for a period of four years by the shareholder meeting of CEAC.

The Advisory Board advises the Management on all aspects of the management of Arbitration. The Advisory Board determines the CEAC Rules as well as the Schedule of Costs. In addition, it advises the company on all aspects of operative business.

The Advisory Board neither comments on substantive matters of arbitration proceedings nor does it take any active part in the decisions on the substance of a case.
