Kun Fan (Assistant Professor, Chinese University of Hong Kong; visiting scholar, Harvard Yenching Institute, Harvard University) will present on the topic "Arbitration in China: A Legal and Cultural Analysis."
Anna Tevini (Shearman & Sterling LLP, New York; Speaker, Young CEAC) will speak about the Chinese European Arbitration Centre, the first international arbitration institution outside China specifically tailored to administer disputes with a Chinese nexus.
Refreshments will be served following the presentations.
